A Day at the Museum

Pearl and I had a fun time at the Mid-Hudson Children's Museum yesterday. It's a cute little spot in Poughkeepsie that has been a great place to spend a chilly day.

Here's Pearl playing in the big Treehouse...

... and this is one of Pearl's favorites. Lots of fake food that she always "tastes", despite my constant reminders that it's not real. She's lucky I'm not a germaphobe or we'd never go near this stuff!

This is a little merry-go-round. Yesterday was the first time Pearl got up the courage to actually let me spin her around.

Preparing to follow in Uncle DJ T-Bone's footsteps:

We were having a great time until Pearl saw another little girl playing on a toy she wanted and decided to pull the poor girl's hair! Fortunately, the little girl didn't cry, but it was a clear sign that it was time to go. Let's keep our fingers crossed that Pearl learns to keep her hands to herself and play nicely with other kids!

Have a good weekend!

Love,
Jill
