Need a Room?

According to my future husband I’m not pulling my website weight so I thought now would be a perfect time to give you some information about accommodations at the Rensselaerville Institute. Because we’ll be the only people on the property that weekend Morgan and I are in charge of all the room reservations. If anyone would like to stay over on Friday or Saturday night, please just give me a call or email me. I’ll be handling all the reservations, assigning rooms and giving the Rensselaerville Institute headcounts for breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday. Everyone will pay on arrival at the front desk and Susie the wedding coordinator will make sure everyone gets their room keys. Rooms will be available at 4:00 on Friday, the 1st. Anyone arriving on Saturday can check in any time before the ceremony and then checkout is at 11:00 on Sunday morning. Please feel free to call me with any questions.

It’s been a great week! After scouring hundreds of wedding dresses with the help of my parents and friends I finally found my wedding dress and ordered it Tuesday! It was so much fun shopping for gowns, but those bridal shops can get crazy! Now I know why you need all the support you can get when you look for a wedding dress. Our next task is to find some tuxedos and the bridesmaid dresses. Of course, we’ll keep you updated.

Engagement Announcement

For the benefit of those of you who don't get the Register Star, here's the engagement announcement the Cozzas ran in the local paper! The picture was taken on our first date!

Our Wedding Monogram

You might have noticed the beautiful logo of our initials on the top right corner of our site. Jill's mom, Teri, did a lovely job designing it for us, so I'd just like to thank her again. There's some significance to the dots around the outside... If you count the grouping of dots, starting on the left side, you'll get the numbers 9-2-6 and 5. This is for September 2nd, 2006 at 5pm! We're still not sure what time the ceremony will start yet, but its likely to be around 4 or 5, so I thought those numbers would work well with the logo. We're hoping to work this design into some other things, so you'll probably be seeing a lot of it, but here's a first chance to get a good look at it, and understand the importance.
