A Honda Heartbreak

Last week I was in love with Brooklyn. This week not so much....

As some of you may have heard, our car was STOLEN! The reason I'm getting into the police car in the photo below is so I could canvas the area to search for it (I'm sure the neighbors were wondering what the young mother next door was doing in the back of a police car, but at that point I didn't care). Of course, no self-respecting thief would steal a car then park it a block away so we didn't find it. Sigh.

Morgan and I are both stunned that our beloved 94 Honda Civic was stolen from right in front of our house! We are trying to stay positive and remember that it was a gift from our friends Lou and Elizabeth and at least no one was hurt and we didn't have any valuables inside the car, but we really did love it and we are so sad that it's gone.

It's a sad day, but here are some photos of all of us in better times...
