Dedication Weekend

This weekend we went up to Hudson to celebrate the 4th of July at my parents' picnic as well as have Pearl's baby dedication at church. We had such a great time and what really made the weekend special was Morgan's Nannie made the trip all the way from Ottawa with Grammie Rita. It was so wonderful to introduce Pearl to all her great grandparents.

Today Pearl and I went to the pediatrician for her 5-week visit. She's 11 pounds, 6 ounces now and 22 inches long! The pediatrician was very impressed with Pearl's neck strength and says she's "right on the money" with the rest of her development.
