23 Weeks...

We just started our 23rd week so we are now officially beginning our 6th month. Time just keeps flying by! Morgan and I went to another check-up at Dr. Kim’s this morning and got to hear the baby’s heartbeat. Everything still looks good and now we are trying to find a good class to take so we get some clue as to what’s going to happen when I actually go into labor (we’ve put it off long enough).

I’ll only have one more appointment with Dr. Kim and then after that I’ll start seeing the five other doctors in her practice in case one of them is on call when our baby is born. Keep your fingers crossed that we like the other doctors as much as we like Dr. Kim!

Morgan and I have launched a major cleaning initiative to make room for the baby. We’ve been throwing out bags and bags of old clothes and junk and soon we’ll be giving our bedroom a new coat of paint to freshen it up for the baby’s arrival (we’re accepting painting volunteers since I’m not going to be much use).
